INTENDED AUDIENCE:  TCR Account Holders

DAYS AFFECTED:  Invoices due May 20, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The June 2010 TCR Auction closed Wednesday, May 12, 2010, at 2:00 PM and was approved Thursday, May 13, 2010. Monthly Auction for June 2010 invoices are due by end of business on Thursday, May 20, 2010.

Any unpaid TCRs and PCRs that remain outstanding after their invoice date shall be forfeited by the awardees and, with respect to TCRs and PCRs from the annual auction, included in the following monthly auctions.

Please view your invoice on the TCR website after an auction has closed, and make your payments accordingly. To locate your invoice, login to the TCR Program and click on "Settlements, Billing, and Reports" from the menu. Click the "+" sign beside your company name, click the "+" sign beside Auction Award Invoices, and click on Award_Invoice_20100601_20100630.csv. A dialogue box will appear allowing you to open the file or save the file to disk. Auction Award Invoices are also available in XML format in addition to the CSV file.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  When processing the wires, please reference that the wire is for TCR Auctions and list the TCR Invoice Number. The information on ERCOT's financial institution is as follows:
