SHORT DESCRIPTION:  This morning, ERCOT experienced retail transaction processing issues impacting ERCOT generated cancellation and notification transactions and 814_20s.

DAY AFFECTED:  May 25, 2010 from 06:00 to 08:59
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced retail transaction processing issues resulting in a delay in sending ERCOT generated cancellation and notification transactions and 814_20s.
At this time, all ERCOT Retail Transaction processing has been restored.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  A root cause is being investigated.
