experienced retail transaction processing issues impacting ERCOT generated
cancellation and notification transactions and 814_20s.

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced retail
transaction processing issues resulting in a delay in sending ERCOT generated
cancellation and notification transactions and 814_20s.
At this time, all ERCOT Retail Transaction processing has been
restored.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A root cause is being investigated.
