LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Initial Settlement Statement for Operating Day May 13, 2010 has not yet published due to a settlement system issue. ERCOT expects to publish the late Settlement Statement today, May 25, 2010. Due to the late publication ERCOT will extend the Settlement Dispute deadline accordingly.
