SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced a delay in sending a subset of cancellation and notification transactions on Monday, May 3, 2010.

INTENDED AUDIENCE: CRs and TDSPs

DAY AFFECTED: May 3, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION:  As a result of one of the NAESB servers not properly restarting after the maintenance outage on Sunday, May 2, 2010, ERCOT experienced a delay in sending 1,274 retail batch transactions on Monday, May 3, 2010.  This caused a subset of the cancellation and notification transactions to be out of protocol. 

A summary of the impacted transactions is outlined below:
