LONG DESCRIPTION: As a result of a change in this past weekend’s release, ERCOT’s Texas Market Link Report Explorer report downloading experienced service degradation May 2, 2010 from 23:46 to approximately 12:00, May 3, 2010.

A software patch was applied and resolved the issue.
