SHORT DESCRIPTION: TCEQ tracking of voluntary actions to reduce greenhouse gases

LONG DESCRIPTION: Pursuant to House Bill 1796, 81st Texas Legislature, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is required to establish an inventory of voluntary actions taken since 2001 to reduce greenhouse gases. This inventory is intended to help establish credit for early actions in the event of federal greenhouse gas regulation. The TCEQ is requesting information on voluntary actions taken by businesses and governmental entities in the state to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Submission of data for this inventory is completely voluntary.
