SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Update to MPIM roles

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  MPIM USAs and users

DAY AFFECTED:  May 17, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT is updating the provisioning of roles for the Market Information System (MIS) with a Release planned for Monday, May 17, 2010, from 17:30 through 18:30. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Market Participant Identity Management (MPIM) will be unavailable during the outage. MPIM and the following User Security Administrator (USA) functions will be affected:

• Certificate role management
• New account creation
• Certificate request/revocation
• Account termination
• Reports
