SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced an outage of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) impacting retail transaction processing, today, May 26, 2010 from 06:16 to 07:33. 

 

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs 

       

DAY AFFECTED:  May 26, 2010 from 06:16 to 07:33

 

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Today, May 26, 2010 from 06:16 to 07:33, ERCOT experienced an outage of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) which impacted retail transaction processing.

 

ERCOT Retail Transaction processing has been restored and is functioning normally. 

 

Processing of impacted transactions resumed immediately following the affected time indicated.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  A root cause is currently under investigation.
