DAY AFFECTED:  May 6, 2010 from 16:28 to 17:04        

DESCRIPTION:   ERCOT’s Texas Market Link (TML) Find ESI ID and Find Transactions experienced an unplanned outage on May 6, 2010 from 16:28 to 17:04.      

The TML’s Find ESI ID and Find Transactions is now operational.

Root cause was determined to be an Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) process failure.
