LONG DESCRIPTION: There was missing meter information for Operating
Days May 6 - 8, 2010. This resulted in an error greater than 2% for each
Operating Day market transaction dollars; therefore, ERCOT resettled all
impacted days per ERCOT Protocol Section 9.2.5. The
affected Charge Types will be included in a Resettlement Statement as indicated
in the table below:
