Electric Reliability Organization Fee (EROF) Invoices for Third Quarter of 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION: In
accordance with the June 17, 2008, decision of the ERCOT Board of Directors
regarding the collection of the Texas Regional Entity Fee, the invoicing and
collection of EROF will occur prior to the payment to the North American
Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC).
ERCOT has posted the invoices for the third quarter of 2010
on May 25, 2010, in each QSE’s folder on the Texas Market Link (TML) in a
folder marked MISCELLANEOUS.
ACTION REQUIRED: NERC
sends invoices to ERCOT on a quarterly basis, forty-five calendar days before
ERCOT is required to pay the invoice. ERCOT issues EROF Invoices
no less than thirty calendar days prior to the date that ERCOT must pay NERC. The
EROF Invoice Payments are due to ERCOT from QSEs no later than June 4, 2010.

Collection Guide is attached.
QSEs may opt to wire funds to ERCOT by ACH or federal wire, or mail a
check to a lockbox (wiring details and lockbox address attached, PDF).
As required by the ERO Fee Assessment and Collection Guide,
ERCOT posted the Adjusted Metered Load (AML) data for each Load Serving Entity
(LSE) by August 1 for the previous calendar year for use in calculating the Net
Energy for Load (NEL) for the following year (January 1 through December 31).
ERCOT has posted each LSE’s load data for calendar year 2008 on the Texas
Market Link (TML) in the ERO_Fee_LRS folder.
The MISCELLANEOUS folder is found in the QSE’s TML
list of folders. Access to this folder will require a Digital Certificate with
the “Reports” role assigned. If you do not already have a Digital
Certificate and require access, please contact your company’s User
Security Administrator (USA). All files posted to the MISCELLANEOUS folder will
remain visible for 30 days before rolling off.
