SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has an on-cycle release planned for 12:00 Saturday, June 26, 2010 through 00:00 AM Monday, June 28, 2010.
INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED: 12:00 Saturday, June 26, 2010 through 00:00 AM Monday, June 28, 2010
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has an on-cycle release planned for 12:00 Saturday, June 26, 2010 through 00:00 AM Monday, June 28, 2010.
During the outage, ERCOT will:
* Complete the implementation of internal Project 90006 - Information Lifecycle Management (ILM).
* Implement MarkeTrak changes
* Configuration change in support of Meter Tampering Business Process (P.U.C. SUBST. R. 25.126)
* Resolve defect for date field in Data Extract Variance LSE issue types
* MPIM changes to resolve defects
* CP EXTRACTS role to be added for CRRCP Org Profile. However, the role is not currently functional. Please continue to use the role CRR EXTRACTS until notified.
* MPIM e-mail notifications will now contain DUNS numbers in the subject line.
There are no SIRs being implemented in this release.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: During the outage the following functions will be affected:
* Market Participants utilizing NAESB to send/receive transactions to/from ERCOT will NOT be able to send/receive transactions to/from ERCOT during the outage. This includes all retail transactions submitted via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and AMS LSE files.
* 867 transactions will NOT be forwarded during the outage.
* 997 Functional Acknowledgements will NOT be sent during the outage.
* Components of the TML and Commercial API will NOT be available including:
* Find ESI ID
* Find Transaction
* Submit Transactions
* USA Functionalities
* Report Explorer, including
* Reports
* Extracts
* Invoices
* Settlement Statements
* Extract Scheduler
* Web Services Data Requests
* ERCOT Internet Services will NOT be available, including but not limited to:
* ERCOT.com - www.ercot.com<http://www.ercot.com/>
* MarkeTrak - https://marketrak.ercot.com:8443/tmtrack.dll?
* TCR - https://tcr.ercot.com<https://tcr.ercot.com/>
* Texas Renewables - www.texasrenewables.com<http://www.texasrenewables.com/>
MOS, Scheduling API, MOSTML, MOSPUBLIC, and Outage Scheduler will not be affected as there will be a DNS failover from Taylor to Austin.
