NOTICE TYPE:  R-A06032010 – Training – Meter Tampering Business Processes

SHORT DESCRIPTION:  The Meter Tampering Task Force will be conducting training classes to cover revisions to the Retail Market Guide that will result from the implementation of PUCT Project No. 37291. 


LONG DESCRIPTION:  The new rules and business processes related to the handling of meter tampering will become effective on July 1, 2010.  The Meter Tampering Task Force will be presenting training on changes to the Retail Market Guide in Austin, Houston, and Dallas over the next few weeks.  It is highly recommended that the appropriate member(s) of your operations team attend the session that is most convenient.  ERCOT will make all of these training sessions available via Web-Ex as well.
