SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Change in null value representation in CSV extract files

INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  July 1, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION:  System changes to address Zonal extract performance issues were deployed on July 1, 2010. As a result of these changes, all Zonal extract files produced in CSV format now use double quotes (“”) to represent null string and date values. Previously, null values were represented as (,,).
