SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced a delay in sending cancellation and notification transactions on Tuesday, July 27, 2010.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs

DAY AFFECTED:  July 27, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced a delay in processing a subset of retail batch transactions.  Cancel and notify transactions (814_06s, 814_08s, and 814_22s) that should have been sent by ERCOT on Tuesday, July 27, 2010, were not sent until Wednesday, July 28, 2010.

A summary of the impacted transactions is outlined below:
