SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced a delay in sending cancellation and notification transactions on Tuesday, July 27, 2010.

INTENDED AUDIENCE: CRs and TDSPs

DAY AFFECTED: July 27, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced a delay in processing a subset of retail batch transactions. Cancel and notify transactions (814_06s, 814_08s, and 814_22s) that should have been sent by ERCOT on Tuesday, July 27, 2010, were not sent until Wednesday, July 28, 2010. The delay was the result of application level issues with the ERCOT registration system. Additional details will be provided in the monthly ERCOT IT Incident Market Notice Summary.
