SHORT DESCRIPTION:  MPIM outage for database upgrade 

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  MPIM USAs and users

DAY AFFECTED:  July 9, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will have an outage of the Market Participant Identity Management (MPIM) system on Friday, July 9, 2010, from 17:00 until 20:00 for a database upgrade. 

During the outage, MPIM and the following User Security Administrator (USA) functions will be affected:

• Certificate role management
• New account creation
• Certificate request/revocation
• Account termination
• Reports
