SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Nodal Outage Scheduler cutover

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Transmission Service Providers, Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs), QSEs with Resources and Resource Entities

DAY AFFECTED:  August 13, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION:  As discussed in the Friday Market Trials Market Calls, effective August 13, 2010, the Nodal Outage Scheduler application will be taken Off-line in preparation for transitioning to the validation and dual entry phase of cutover. ERCOT will be releasing the application back to Market Participants on Monday, August 16, 2010. A follow-up Market Notice will be sent to announce the availability of the application.
