LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has
released the results of its procurement of EILS for the Contract Period of
October 1, 2010, through January 31, 2011. Public Utility Commission (PUC)
Substantive Rule 25.507 (f) requires ERCOT to report publicly the number of MW
procured per Time Period, the number of Resources providing the service and the
projected total cost of the service for that Contract Period within 10 days of
the awards for a Contract Period. Contracts are being delivered today to Qualified
Scheduling Entities (QSEs) whose offers were selected. Contracts are due back
at ERCOT by September 29, 2010.

availability and performance factors, which are calculated after the end of the
Contract Period.
