SHORT DESCRIPTION:  The weekly Siebel Service Order Extract and the ESI ID Service History and Usage Extract are now posted.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs

DAY AFFECTED:  September 7, 2010 through September 9, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Due to heavy load associated with recovery following a database outage caused by a hardware failure, the Weekly Siebel Service Order Extract and the ESI ID Service History and Usage Extract were not posted in time on September 7, 2010 through September 9, 2010 as required by protocol:

·         Weekly Siebel Service Order Extract was not posted to the Texas Market Link (TML) by 23:59 September 7, 2010, as required by Protocol. That extract is now complete and was posted at approximately 02:44 September 10, 2010.

·         ESI ID Service History and Usage Extract for September 7, 2010 did not post by 23:59 September 7, 2010, as required by Protocol. That extract is now complete and was posted at approximately 12:48 September 9, 2010.

·         ESI ID Service History and Usage Extract for September 8, 2010 did not post by 23:59 September 8, 2010, as required by Protocol. That extract is now complete and was posted at approximately 02:47 September 10, 2010.

·         ESI ID Service History and Usage Extract for September 9, 2010 did not post by 23:59 September 9, 2010, as required by Protocol. That extract is now complete and was posted at approximately 09:29 September 10, 2010.

SHORT DESCRIPTION:  The weekly Siebel Service Order Extract and the ESI ID Service History and Usage Extract postings continue to be delayed.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs

DAY AFFECTED:  September 7, 2010 and September 8, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Due to heavy load associated with recovery following a database outage caused by a hardware failure, the ensuing listed extracts were not posted in time on September 7, 2010 and September 8, 2010 as required by protocol:

·         Weekly Siebel Service Order Extract and the ESI ID Service History and Usage Extract were not posted to the Texas Market Link (TML) by 23:59 September 7, 2010, as required by protocol. There was a partial posting of the weekly Siebel Service Order Extract at approximately 02:00 September 8, 2010.

·         ESI ID Service History and Usage Extract were not posted to the Texas Market Link (TML) by 23:59 September 8, 2010, as required by protocol.

The batch jobs that produce both of these extracts failed to complete successfully.  The jobs have been restarted and are currently running.

A follow-up market notice will be sent when the postings are complete.
