INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED: September 16, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION: The Notice of Change of Information (NCI) Form is required to make revisions to a Market Participant’s registration with ERCOT. The NCI Form posted on the ERCOT website (http://www.ercot.com/services/rq/) has been updated to support registration changes as follows:

· Counter-Party (CP) has been added as a Market Participant Type

· Compliance has been added as a Contact Type

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Effective September 16, 2010, only this updated version of the NCI Form will be accepted by ERCOT. Previous versions will be rejected.
