SHORT DESCRIPTION:  The weekly Siebel Service Order Extract and the ESI ID Service History and Usage Extract postings are delayed for September 7, 2010

DAY AFFECTED:  September 7, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Due to a database outage caused by a hardware failure, the weekly Siebel Service Order Extract and the ESI ID Service History and Usage Extract were not posted to the Texas Market Link (TML) by 23:59 September 7, 2010, as required by Protocol. There was a partial posting of the weekly Siebel Service Order Extract at approximately 0200, September 8, 2010.

A follow-up Market Notice will be sent when the postings are complete.
