NOTICE TYPE:  R-A090810-02  Update - Extracts – Retail

SHORT DESCRIPTION:  The weekly Siebel Service Order Extract and the ESI ID Service History and Usage Extract postings continue to be delayed.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs

DAY AFFECTED:  September 7, 2010 and September 8, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Due to heavy load associated with recovery following a database outage caused by a hardware failure, the ensuing listed extracts were not posted in time on September 7, 2010 and September 8, 2010 as required by protocol:

·         Weekly Siebel Service Order Extract and the ESI ID Service History and Usage Extract were not posted to the Texas Market Link (TML) by 23:59 September 7, 2010, as required by protocol. There was a partial posting of the weekly Siebel Service Order Extract at approximately 02:00 September 8, 2010.

·         ESI ID Service History and Usage Extract were not posted to the Texas Market Link (TML) by 23:59 September 8, 2010, as required by protocol.

The batch jobs that produce both of these extracts failed to complete successfully.  The jobs have been restarted and are currently running.

A follow-up market notice will be sent when the postings are complete.
