Texas Market Link was functioning normally during this time. The root cause was determined to be an API component that did not start up properly after the weekend maintenance outage. ERCOT is working to ensure the MID API services are being monitored correctly and proper notifications go out to ensure that the issue can be indentified in a timely manner.
