LONG DESCRIPTION: A test window is now available for Qualified
Scheduling Entities (QSEs) to submit test Nodal disputes via Application
Programmatic Interface (API). Market Participants, who plan to test their API
dispute submittals, please notify [log in to unmask]
to declare your intent. The ERCOT Registration Team will send a confirmation
email that the QSE has been activated in the ERCOT dispute system. Based on the
table below, test disputes for the listed Operating Dates can be submitted for
the Day-Ahead Market (DAM), Real-Time Market (RTM) Initial and RTM Final on or
after the Posting Date. But, the final date to submit test API disputes is
September 28, 2010.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Any
submitted test disputes will not be validated or researched by ERCOT. This is
simply a test of the dispute submittal process. More technical information
about the Dispute API can be found in section 11 of the “EIP - External
Interfaces Specification v1.19O”
