LONG DESCRIPTION: Due to a database outage caused by a hardware failure, the Day-Ahead Report Extract and the Ancillary Service Bid Stack Extract were not posted to the Texas Market Link (TML) by 23:59 September 6, 2010, as required by Protocol. Both Extracts were posted to TML at 16:00 September 7, 2010.
