LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has completed studies to show that the Reliability Must Run (RMR) Agreements for Permian Basin Unit 5 and Unit 6, scheduled to expire on December 1, 2010, do not need to be extended.

The completed studies are posted on the ERCOT website at https://tmlretail.ercot.com/ercot/Participants/PublicMarketInfo/RMR.htm. You must have an ERCOT digital certificate to access this site.
