DAY AFFECTED:  December 1, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION: On October 20, 2010, Luminant Generation Company LLC submitted a Notification of Change of Generation Resource Designation indicating that Permian Basin Unit 5 will be changing status from RMR to Decommissioned and Retired Permanently on December 1, 2010.

The Notification of Change of Generation Resource Designation is posted on the ERCOT website at https://tmlretail.ercot.com/ercot/Participants/PublicMarketInfo/RMR.htm. You must have an ERCOT digital certificate to access this site.
