DAYS AFFECTED:  October 14, 2010, 12:00 (CDT)

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The CRR application underwent an unplanned maintenance outage beginning at 12:00 (CDT) on October 14, 2010.  The outage was expected to last until 14:00 but will be extended at least one more hour. A subsequent notice will be sent when the system is returned to service.
