SHORT DESCRIPTION: SECOND NOTICE – November 1, 2010, effective date of changes to ESI ID Service History & Usage Extract, Public Reference Data Extract and Market Data Transparency ESI ID Web Services

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  November 1, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Existing extracts that are currently live will be updated on November 1, 2010, to support ERCOT providing Nodal data going forward. The impacted extracts and web services are as follows:

• ESI ID Service History & Usage Extract
• Public Reference Data Extract
• Market Data Transparency ESI ID Web Services

· Provide All ESI ID records web service – being updated to include the UIDSETLPOINT column to the STATIONSERVICEHIST table

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: On November 1, 2010, the ESI ID Service History & Usage Extract will include the Nodal data set (data records with 12/1/2010 STARTTIME) for STATIONSERVICEHIST, SETLPOINTHISTORY and SETLPOINTTYPE in addition to regular daily data updates.
