SHORT DESCRIPTION: Proposal to revise Stryker Creek SES SPS

INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED: Comments due November 4, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has received a proposal to revise the Stryker Creek SES Special Protection System (Oncor SPS #37) from Oncor Electric Delivery (Oncor). The Stryker Creek SES SPS currently protects loading of the Stryker Creek to Palestine South 138kV line. The revised proposal will also protect against overloading of the Troup to Tyler Grande 138kV line.

The proposal to revise the Stryker Creek SES SPS is being reviewed by ERCOT as described in the SPS Approval Procedure. Comments on the proposed SPS are due by November 4, 2010, and should be submitted to [log in to unmask] using the attached comment form. Any questions or concerns raised during this timeframe will be addressed by ERCOT Staff or the entity submitting the SPS proposal.
