SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Proposal to revise Stanton East SPS #46

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  Comments due October 22, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has received a proposal to revise the Stanton East Special Protection System (Oncor SPS #46) from Oncor Electric Delivery (Oncor). The Stanton East SPS will continuously monitor the flow on the Stanton East Switching Station to Midland East 138kV line.

The proposal to revise the Stanton SPS is being reviewed by ERCOT as described in the SPS Approval Procedure. Comments on the proposed SPS are due by October 22, 2010, and should be submitted to [log in to unmask] using the attached comment form. Any questions or concerns raised during this timeframe will be addressed by ERCOT Staff or the entity submitting the SPS proposal.
