DAY AFFECTED:  October 28, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Settlement Input Data Extract and the Market Shadow Price Extract did not post to the Texas Market Link (TML) by 23:59 October 28, 2010, as required by Protocol. The posting delay was due to a higher than usual volume of data transactions causing extracts to run later than expected.

The completed Settlement Input Data Extract for October 28, 2010, was posted to TML at 06:42 on October 29, 2010. The completed Market Shadow Price Extract for October 28, 2010, was posted to TML at 06:09 on October 29, 2010.
