SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Additional CRR Settlement Points added to December 2010 CRR Auction

DAY AFFECTED:  November 10, 2010, CRR network model posting

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Five new CRR Settlement Points have been added to the December 2010 CRR Auction. They are DC_E, DC_N, DC_S, DC_L and DC_R. The details are posted in the operator messages section of the CRR application.

Future model changes will be communicated solely in the operator messages section of the CRR application.
