SHORT DESCRIPTION:   ERCOT will be taking a Taylor Site Telephone System Outage for a scheduled telephone system upgrade from 1800 Friday, November 5, 2010 through 2200 Sunday, November 7, 2010.

DAY AFFECTED:  1800 Friday, November 5, 2010 through 2200 Sunday, November 7, 2010
LONG DESCRIPTION:   ERCOT will be taking a Taylor Site Telephone System Outage for a scheduled telephone system upgrade from 1800 Friday, November 5, 2010 through 2200 Sunday, November 7, 2010. During the upgrade, Taylor telephones will be sporadically unavailable and the voicemail system for both Taylor and Austin will be offline.
During this outage, all calls to ERCOT's HelpDesk - Information Technology Issues (Console Operations) line (512-248-6800) will be redirected to ERCOT's Helpdesk personnel.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  ERCOT transaction processing and Market Operations are not impacted by this outage. This affects only the ERCOT phone system.
