DESCRIPTION: Some Market Participants are
experiencing an intermittent issue when accessing the Market Manager on the
Market Information System (MIS). This issue causes Market Manager sessions to
be lost or non-responsive and an exception screen to appear when other ERCOT
web applications are running or have previously been running in the same
session. As a workaround, open the Market Manager using the following
steps to avoid encountering this issue:
