SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced a delay in sending cancellation and notification transactions on Wednesday, November 10, 2010.
DAY AFFECTED:  November 10, 2010
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced a delay in processing a subset of retail batch transactions.  Less than 100 Cancel and notify transactions (814_06s, 814_08s, and 814_22s) that should have been sent by 06:00 this morning, Wednesday, November 10, 2010, were all sent after protocol but by 06:30.
