DAYS AFFECTED: February
1, 2010, through May 31, 2010, EILS Contract Period will be resettled on the
True-Up Settlement Statement of Operating Day June 10, 2010
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT
has resettled Emergency Interruptible Load Service (EILS) for the Contract
Period of February 1, 2010, through May 31, 2010. The affected charge types
will be included in a True-Up Settlement Statement as indicated by the table
below:

Pursuant to Zonal Protocols Section 9.5.5(2), “ERCOT
shall resettle each EILS Time Period in an EILS Contract Period on the True-Up
Statement for the Operating Day on which the charge first settled as described
in Section 9.5.5(1).”
The adjusted EILS payments for the February 1, 2010, through
May 31, 2010, Contract Period are as follows:
