LONG DESCRIPTION: Currently, the Capacity Factors by Resource Report VALUE column contains data in a decimal format. The posting on Monday, December 20, 2010, and all postings going forward, will include the VALUE column as the decimal value X 100 to present a percent value rounded to five significant digits to the right of the decimal.
