LONG DESCRIPTION: The ERCOT 2010 SAS 70 Report was prepared by SAS 70 Solutions, Inc. and is now available. The result of the audit was an Unqualified Opinion with two exceptions. Market Participants may obtain a copy by contacting their ERCOT Account Manager or by calling ERCOT’s Client Services department at (512) 248-3900. The associated ERCOT Management letter is expected to be available in January 2011.
