SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Zonal market submission requirements post nodal go-live

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs)

DAY AFFECTED:  December 1, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION:  As communicated on this morning’s 10:30 Nodal Cutover Market Call, as of December 1, 2010, ERCOT is confirming with the Market that zonal market submissions are no longer required. This includes:

· Zonal Resource Plan updates for the remainder of Operating Day December 1, 2010, and going forward

· Zonal Outage Scheduling updates for the remainder of Operating Day December 1, 2010, and going forward.

For the next two Operating Days, however, ERCOT is asking that zonal telemetry remain in place. ERCOT will provide an update on telemetry requirements on the December 3, 2010, 09:00 Friday Market Call.
