DAY AFFECTED:  December 11, 2010 from 09:25 to 21:24
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT's Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) Database experienced an outage from 09:25 to 21:24 on Saturday, December 11, 2010.
At this time, ERCOT is processing all retail transactions.
ERCOT will provide additional information regarding this outage on Monday, December 13, 2010.
