DAY AFFECTED:  December 6, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION:  In the event that ERCOT investigates or corrects Market Prices as allowed by Protocol (Section 4.5.3 Communicating DAM Results and Section 6.3 Adjustment Period and Real-Time Operations Timeline), ERCOT will post notification of price investigations or changes on the Notices section of the Market Information System (MIS), located at:

https://mis.ercot.com/pps/tibco/mis/Pages/Notices/Notices (digital certificate required).

In addition, if a correction is made, any price correction data will also be posted publically at:

www.ercot.com/mktinfo/prices/pricecorrections (public posting).
