SHORT DESCRIPTION: Changes to System-Wide Offer Cap (SWCAP) effective on Operating Day February 1, 2011

INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED: February 1, 2011

LONG DESCRIPTION: In accordance with Protocol Section 4.4.11(1)(c), System-Wide Offer Caps, the SWCAP will be $3,000 for Energy and Ancillary Services beginning on Operating Day February 1, 2011.

Note that offer submittals at the new SWCAP take effect only for submissions starting at 00:01 Central Prevailing Time (CPT) on Operating Day February 1, 2011.
