SHORT DESCRIPTION: Commercial API download capability for extracts and reports post Nodal go-live 

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All Market Participants

LONG DESCRIPTION:  As of Monday, February 28, 2011, the ERCOT Commercial API download capability will be modified to only provide extracts and reports that are posted as part of the Retail and Zonal markets. Market participants may use the All/All function to download three (3) days of posted data, the report type id, or date to download individual extracts and reports that are posted as part of the Retail and Zonal markets only, which will be those with report type ids < 10000.
