SHORT DESCRIPTION: First run dates for some 48 Hour Disclosure Reports required by Nodal Protocols will be delayed

LONG DESCRIPTION: Some reports that are required by Protocol Section 3.2.5, Publication of Resource and Load Information, that were delayed have now been posted. Each day’s posting of 48 Hour Disclosure Reports are packaged in a single zip file. Reports included in the January 5, 2011 posting are as follows:
