LONG DESCRIPTION: During the week of January 31, 2011, the ERCOT Region experienced a weather-related event which resulted in implementation of Energy Emergency Alert (EEA) procedures under the ERCOT Protocols. As a result of the weather-related event, Electric Reliability Council of Texas, Inc.
