SHORT DESCRIPTION: New data attribute added to the common and private CRR auction results files

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has modified the Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) auction results files to include a new attribute that indicates whether the original bid was a 24Hour bid or a standalone (i.e., a bid for only one Time of Use block, such as Off-Peak, Peak Weekday or Peak Weekend).

This attribute is available in both downloadable formats of the common and private market results files, xml and csv. If blank, it is a standalone bid. If it contains a “Yes”, it is part of a 24HOUR bid.

Common Market Results changes

The csv files will contain the new data attribute in column M and is titled ‘Bid24Hour’.
The xml files will contain the new data attribute in the <CRRDownload:bid24Hour> tag.

Private Market Results changes

The csv files will contain the new data attribute in column O and is titled ‘Bid24Hour’.
The xml files will contain the new data attribute in the <CRRDownload:bid24Hour> tag.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The new data attribute will be added starting with the April 2011 CRR Auction Results due to post by Wednesday, March 23, 2011.
