SHORT DESCRIPTION: CRR application maintenance outage on March 9, 2011

LONG DESCRIPTION: Due to recently installed defect patches to the Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) application, CRR Account Holders (CRRAHs) were not able to enter PTP Option (OPT) bids of $0.00. To align with the CRR Auction Bid criteria in the ERCOT Protocols, those patches were rolled back the evening of March 9, 2011. The ability to enter $0.00 PTP Option bids has been restored to the same level as in previous CRR Auctions.
